Unique Holiday Baking
Instructor Pam Rivers, Superintendent of Open Culinary Events at the Fremont County Fair for many years, will be teaching four cooking classes. Participants will prepare the following items that they can take home and share with their family and friends.
November 12 - Cream Puffs (Eclairs) with homemade pastry cream
November 19 - Crème Brulee (Students need to bring 4 ramekins or 4 custard cups to class.)
November 26 - A fruit pie and a pumpkin pie (Students need to bring 9-inch glass pie pans to class.)
December 3 - Sugar Cookie Art
Registration Deadline: 2 business days before each class
Dates: November 12 - December 3, Tuesdays
Time: 6:00-8:30 p.m.
Ages: Minimum 12 years of age
Place: Riverton High School, Culinary Arts Room 259
Cost: $20 a class or $70 for all 4 (cost for supplies included)
