Track Club 10 - Walk/Run Program
Six time Boston Marathon qualifier and head coach of Prime Variable Athletics will offer guided walk/run programs appropriate for all levels, ranging from the first time leaving the couch to walking and running at a competitive level. Bring friends and family to join community members to take part in this program at no charge. The up-to-90 minute sessions will include warm up, stretching, a main set and cool down once weekly. Sessions are designed to augment your regular training and provide a venue for networking, learning, motivation, accountability and a work out intensity specific to you. Families are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Spring sessions begin on May 8 and are every Friday from 5-6:30pm. Participants will meet at 1620 Riverview Road (Old Medical Clinic). There is no charge. Email email@example.com or call Steve at (207)689-1181 for additional information.
