Think Spring Baking
Instructor Pam Rivers, Superintendent of Open Culinary Events at the Fremont County Fair for many years, will be teaching four cooking classes. Participants will prepare the following items that they can take home and share with their family and friends on the first Tuesday of each month.
January 7 – Delicious muffins and biscuits
February 4 – Meringue cups drizzled with chocolate and filled with strawberries topped with whipping cream
March 3 – Amazing angel food cake
April 7 – Easter art cookies
Registration Deadline: 2 business days before each class
Dates: January 7th - April 7th |Tuesdays
Time: 6:00-8:30 p.m.
Ages: Minimum 12 years of age
Place: Riverton High School, Culinary Arts Room 259
Minimum # of students: 6
Cost: $25/class or $75 for all 4 classes (cost for supplies included)
