Tai Chi Fit & Nordic Walking
(New Combo Class)
Join Penny Fahey for a combination of these two popular classes: Tai Chi Fit and Nordic Walking. Both activities are very effective at improving balance, posture, joint health, and general fitness while decreasing stress too! Truly a complete workout! While Tai Chi Fit does not require any previous experience with Tai Chi, Penny does recommend attendance of an introductory class for Nordic Walking offered Thursdays in June, or contact her ahead of time at www. healthypennyswellness.com. Poles will be provided for classes, with an option of purchasing them for your own adventures.
