Morning FIT to the CORE

This course will use a variety of functional exercises to meet you wherever you are. It will include progressive training that is aimed at improving overall fitness. With an emphasis on core, balance, and flexibility. The class will generally be in a circuit style and may involve body weight, the use of free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, bosu ball etc. If you are looking for a total body fitness class, come join in the fun as you challenge your body to reach your fitness goals. This class is led by Kenna Sweglar, Certified Fitness Trainer. Register early as the class has a limited number of spaces. Due to the popularity of this class, if you no-show the first three classes, you will receive a refund for the remaining nine classes, and someone from the waitlist will take your spot.
