What is your plan to preserve the upcoming bountiful harvest of your garden? This class will help you answer that questions and get yourself truly prepared. Properly canning your harvest will not only save you money but will also keep your pantry sustained through the long winter months. Beginning Waterbath students will learn the process of canning high acidic foods (fruits, jams, jelly). They will be canning a quart of fruit pie filling that will be delivered after class.
