Taijifit

Taijifit is a new way to combine fitness and the benefits of Yoga with Tai Chi, in a constant flowing motion. There are no set routines to memorize, just follow the lead of certified instructor Penny Fahey. Taijifit is very effective in improving stress levels and can be enjoyed by all ages and physical abilities. Take just 30 minutes from your busy schedule this Fall to relax and rejuvenate.
