Strong Again! Program

Join certified trainer Penny Fahey, of Healthy Penny’s Wellness Solutions, for this new training series to help you regain strength and fitness, or to find the strength you never knew you had. Lack of physical activity and sitting too much have taken their toll on many of us, leaving us feeling stiff, weak, and out of shape. Take control of your health with these 4 week sessions that incorporate a variety of activities to help you progressively get strong again. While beginning with Level 1 is highly recommended, you are welcome to sign up for the session you are most interested in. Learn more about the program at www.healthypennyswellness.com. We will be doing some floor exercises, so feel free to bring a mat!

Level 1: Waking Up the Body with Mobility and Core Strength
Registration Deadline: Friday, May 25
Dates: May 29 - June 21; Tuesday / Thursday
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Place: CWC Gymnasium and Outside
Cost: $50 (or sign up for all three sessions for $125)
Level 2: Get Up Off the Floor with Balance & Strength
Registration Deadline: Friday, June 22
Dates: June 26 - July 26 (no class week of July 2); Tuesday / Thursday
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Place: CWC Gymnasium and Outside
Cost: $50 (or sign up for all three sessions for $125)
Level 3: Putting It All Together with Power
Registration Deadline: Friday, July 27
Dates: July 31 - August 30 (no class week of Aug. 13); Tuesday / Thursday
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
