Self Defense for High School and College Ladies

This class is for young ladies in high school and college who are interested in learning more about their safety. EMPOWER WYOMING strives to end violence through personal safety training, teaching individuals to be more self-reliant, increasing their self-esteem, and imparting practical self-defense skills. This three hour class is packed with personal safety basics that empower young ladies through instruction on awareness, safe distancing, boundary setting and full force defense. Get registered early as class space is limited. Below is a list of part of the curriculum that will be presented: Awareness, Safe Distance, Verbal Boundary-setting with Strangers, Confrontation Scenarios, Physical self-defense training with the Suited Instructor

Graduates of the Empower program often report an increase in confidence, self-esteem, and assertiveness that spills over into other aspects of their lives. What an awesome gift to the young ladies that we care about.
